Rules that apply to everyone who enters Expohal Assen.
General
These house rules apply to everyone who enters Expohal Assen. By entering the site or building, you agree to these rules. Instructions from staff, security and the organiser must be followed.
Access and safety
Access to events is only permitted with a valid ticket or on invitation from the organiser. Expohal Assen uses CCTV to safeguard the safety of visitors and staff.
Food and drinks
Bringing and consuming your own food and drinks inside the building is not permitted. Refreshments are available at catering points in the hall.
Smoking and vaping
The entire building is smoke- and vape-free. Smoking and vaping are only allowed outside at designated locations.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the hall. Certified assistance and support dogs are welcome, provided they are clearly on a lead.
Lost property
Found items can be handed in at the central information desk. Lost something? Contact us or ask at the desk for the list of found items.
Liability
Visitors enter the site and building at their own risk. Expohal Assen is not liable for damage, theft or injury unless caused by intent or gross negligence on our part.
