The event hall opened in 2007 and now operates under the name Expohal Assen. The heart of the venue is a contiguous main hall of 14,000 m² (175 × 80 metres). With clear height of 8 to 10 metres, floor load up to 1,000 kg/m² and eight large transport doors, the hall is designed for complex logistical and technical productions.
The adjacent 1,000 m² foyer offers light and space for registration, cloakroom and networking. A central main kitchen of 228 m² supports trade fair, conference and stand catering.
