Which cookies do we use?
Expohal Assen does not place tracking cookies without your consent. Fonts and scripts for core site functionality are self-hosted. Optional analytics and marketing tags load via Google Tag Manager only after you explicitly agree via the cookie banner.
Essential storage
To remember your cookie choice, we store a preference in your browser’s localStorage (key expohal-consent-v1). This is not a tracking cookie; it only prevents us from asking for consent again.
Tag management (Google Tag Manager)
We use Google Tag Manager to manage optional analytics and marketing tags on the site. Without your consent, analytics and advertising storage remain denied by default (Consent Mode). Tags that process personal data only fire after you agree.
Statistics (Google Analytics 4)
After consent we may use Google Analytics 4 via Tag Manager to collect anonymous usage statistics (page views, device type, referral source). Google processes this data as a processor. IP addresses are anonymised where possible. Retention follows the setting in our GA4 property.
Marketing (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
After consent we may use marketing tags via Tag Manager to measure conversions and, if you choose so in the settings of the relevant platform, show relevant ads. This may include the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, the TikTok Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. These parties are independent (joint) controllers for (parts of) that processing.
Change your consent
You can change your choice later via “Cookie preferences” in the footer, or by clearing site data for expohalassen.nl in your browser. Without consent, analytics and advertising storage remain denied.
